To accomplish the organization's mission and vision, National Youth Empowerment Network (NYEN) requires a sufficient number of staff with appropriate knowledge, attitudes, skills and motivation. The staff, management and Board of Directors are crucial and they form an essential link in our partnership with donors, local governments and other organizations. At the same time, however, staff salaries are one of the major expenses of NYEN's programs, and because NYEN depends on donors, it is important to plan and organize staff in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
